The flagship
Motorized roller shades, made to measure.
One clean band of fabric, one whisper-quiet motor, and light that lands exactly where you want it. Every shade is cut for your window — never trimmed from stock.

Built properly
The quiet details are the whole product.
- ✓Measured to the millimeter. We laser-measure every opening and build to it — inside or outside mount, square or not-quite-square.
- ✓Hardware that disappears. Slim cassettes and fascia in finishes that match your trim, so you notice the light, not the mechanism.
- ✓Power without wiring. Rechargeable lithium motors run six to twelve months per charge. Hardwired and solar options for new builds.
- ✓A 5-year motor warranty. And workmanship guaranteed — if something isn't right, one call and we make it right.
Choose your light
From total darkness to a view you keep.
Openness is the percentage of light a weave lets through. Most homes mix several — blackout where you sleep, a fine solar weave where you look at the mountains.
0% openness
True blackout
Total darkness on demand. Fabric-wrapped edges and snug side clearances keep halos to a sliver.
Bedrooms · nurseries · media rooms
Softened light
Dimout
Dims the room to a calm dusk without sealing it shut — privacy first, atmosphere kept.
Guest rooms · dens · dining rooms
1–3% openness
Light-filtering
Daylight arrives diffused and even. Glare goes, warmth stays, and the room glows at midday.
Living rooms · kitchens · stairwells
5–10% openness
View-preserving
A fine solar weave that holds your view and cuts UV — the mountains stay, the fading stops.
Offices · great rooms · big glazing

Control, your way
Remote, app, voice — or nothing at all.
Every install includes a wall remote with percentage-precise stops, so guests never need an app. Schedules live on the motor itself and keep running even when Wi-Fi doesn't.

Why homes go motorized.
One touch, whole rooms
A tap on the remote — or a word to your assistant — moves every shade in the room together, to the exact stop you set.
Quieter than a whisper
You have to listen for the motor to hear it. Early risers and late sleepers stay friends.
Safe by design
No cords anywhere — the hazard pediatricians warn about simply isn't part of the product.
Easier on the power bill
The U.S. Department of Energy finds well-managed window coverings can cut heat gain and loss by up to 30%. Schedules do the managing for you.
Reaches the unreachable
Two-story glass, stairwell windows, skylights — button-press territory, not ladder territory.
Protects what you love
Consistent UV control keeps hardwood, rugs and art from fading a little more every summer.
Weighing the options? Roller blinds vs. roller shades, explained.
Good questions.
More on the full FAQ page.
Do motorized shades need wiring?
Most installs use rechargeable lithium motors — no wiring at all, with one or two charges a year. Hardwired and solar options are available for new builds and hard-to-reach windows.
How loud are the motors?
Quieter than a whisper. You'll hear the room, not the blinds.
How long do the batteries last between charges?
Six to twelve months in typical daily use. Charging takes about two hours with the included cable, and the shade keeps working while it charges.
What's the difference between blackout, dimout and light-filtering fabrics?
Blackout blocks light completely — right for bedrooms and media rooms. Dimout softens a room without full darkness. Light-filtering weaves (3–10% openness) hold your view and daylight while cutting glare and UV. Most homes mix all three, room by room.
